OUR MISSION
The Lancaster Playhouse is a non-profit community organization dedicated to promoting the theatre arts in Lancaster and the surrounding area. Our mission is to create a theatrical experience that will entertain, inspire, and challenge our audiences, actors, and volunteers.

In 2015, a group of local theater lovers started The Lancaster Playhouse with the dream of creating quality theater that would enrich the lives of both the audiences and the participants. Fittingly, we recognize the following founding members and thank them for their vision, tenacity, and enduring inspiration:
